In setting up the fees we had to take into account that the conference will be taking place in a first class hotel and that the proceedings will be published by a very reputable, professional publisher. However, we can still offer a typical fee of €400. The details are as follows:

Disclaimer: For legal and accounting reasons the on-line payments and payments done at the conference need to be done in the national curency SIT (Slovenian Tolar). The SIT prices are calculated based on the exchange rate of 230SIT=1EURO and rounded to 1000 SIT. A difference of a couple of Euro is possible. Payments through a bank transfer can be and should be made in Euro. Buying SIT in countries other than Slovenia could be quite expensive.

1,2: Full registration

  • access to all three days of the conference, including refreshments, coffees, lunches, reception and conference dinner.
  • publication of at most two papers,
  • one copy of the proceedings.

3. Preregistration discount

Only applicable against full registration if the person has pre-registered on Web before 15th of February 2001.

4. Student registration

Only valid to persons born in the year 1972 or after that can prove student status at the conference. Same service as for full registration, except that only one paper can be published per paid fee.

5. Industry day registration

  • access to the industry day of the conference, including refreshments, coffees, lunch
  • conference dinner.
  • publication of one industry day paper,
  • one copy of the proceedings.

6. Accompanying person's fee.

Includes the access to the welcome reception and conference dinner. No access to meals during the conference.

7. Bank payment surcharge.

No surcharge will be chared by us, however, please make sure the NET amount is sent - any bank charges are on you!

8. Extra paper charge

One or two papers will be published as a part of the registration fee. For each additional paper (long or short!) charges apply.
